Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been amicable settled between the parties. They state that in terms of the settlement, the Petitioner/Bank shall continue to occupy the subject premises, however a fresh lease deed at the rate of Rs. 3,50,000/- (subject to enhancement) as contained in the terms of the settlement, for a period of 10 years shall be executed.
1.1 Learned Counsel for the parties further submit that formalities for the same are in the process of being finalised.

In this view of the matter, learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter can be disposed of in terms of what is stated above. 3.
Accordingly, the Petition and all pending Applications stand disposed of.
