% 27.10.2016 On the complaint of complainant Rajeev Garg, FIR No.575/2016 under Sections 308/341/34 IPC was registered at police station Punjab Bagh. Petitioner has been specifically named in the FIR as the person who had given iron rod blow on the head of complainant as result whereof complainant sustained injuries. Learned additional public prosecutor submits that custodial interrogation is required.

Keeping in mind the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to petitioner. Application is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
