% 27.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner had sought transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 237/2016 under Section 304 IPC registered at PS Jagatpuri from the local Police to other agency.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation in the above-noted FIR has since been transferred to DIU East District. In view of the prayer in the petition having been allowed, no further orders are called for.

Petition is disposed of.
