Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.244/2014 registered under Sections 308/325/34 IPC at PS Kalyanpuri. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the victims / respondents No.2 to 5 vide settlement agreement dated 03.10.2016.

Victims / respondents No.2 to 5 are present in person and have been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired from them if they have settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with their free consent and they have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy of settlement agreement dated 03.10.2016 entered into between the parties is on record. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the settlement, amount of `60,000/- by way of demand drafts bearing No.228601-04 (`15,000/- each) dated 23.05.2017 have been handed over to the victims / respondents No.2 to 5 in the Court today. It is informed that the terms and conditions of the settlement stood satisfied.

The parties live in neighbourhood and were acquainted with each other. The occurrence had taken place over a trivial issue of parking of vehicle. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to maintain their neighbourly relations, FIR No.244/2014 registered under Sections 308/325/34 IPC at PS Kalyanpuri and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 25,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
