% 27.02.2018 The appellants have sought yet another adjournment. The Court notices that the appeal has been repeatedly adjourned and that on 28.06.2017, the Division Bench had directed that the scheme for superannuated employees would continue to operate.

Having regard to the fact that the impugned order is merely one declining the interim relief at the first hearing, the Court is of the opinion that there is no justifiable ground to interfere with it. However, the order made by this Court shall enure till the next date and bind the parties. Learned Single Judge is requested to deal with the application for continuing the interim order on its merits. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms along with the pending application.
