% 04.02.2019 CM APPL. 46309/2018 in W.P.(C) 238/2015 Counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the concerned SDM. He further submits that the SDM Dichoan Kalan be directed to proceed with the matter as per the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(C) 238/2015 on 30.01.2015.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to approach the concerned SDM, in accordance with law. Further, the concerned SDM is directed to proceed with the matter as per the directions issued by this Court in W.P.(C) 238/2015 on 30.01.2015.
