% 08.04.2017 Both the parties have agreed to settle the dispute for an amount of `2,00,000/- over and above the amount so awarded by the MACT. The amount shall be deposited by the insurance company within 30 days in the form of a demand draft before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Authority in the name of the appellant. In case of delay in the deposit, interest shall be paid @ 9% w.e.f. today. On deposit of the cheque the appeal shall stand disposed of.
