% 28.06.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to restrain the respondent no. 5-School from raising alleged illegal construction in the playground.

It has been averred in the petition that in 1990, land was allotted to respondent no. 5 for construction of middle school and adjoining park was given on lease for the purpose of playground. A perusal of the paper-book reveals that the petitioner has raised the present grievance for the first time on 21st June, 2017 and the present writ petition has been filed on 24th June, 2017.

Consequently, this Court directs the NDMC to decide petitioner's representation dated 21st June, 2017 in accordance with law, after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent no. 5. For other reliefs, the counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, directions and liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
