% 02.11.2016 The averments in the petition disclose that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent no.1 who has permitted respondent no.2 to carry out illegal construction at Plot No.J-3/100, J, Extension, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. On advance notice, learned counsels for respondent nos.1 and 3 have put in appearance.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1under instruction submits that this property was booked on 31.10.2016 and a show cause notice has been issued to the private respondent to show cause as to why action be not taken in accordance with law against the aforenoted alleged illegal construction. His submission is that all actions in accordance with law which have already been initiated will be

undertaken and completed. This undertaking is noted. No further orders called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
