W.P.(C) 5393/2017 During the course of his submissions, Mr. Arvind Nayyar, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the petitioner states, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent considers transferring the petitioner to Auraiya, in view of Clause 12.2 of the Transfer policy. He also states, in that regard representation has already been made on 2nd August, 2017. Mr. Puneet Taneja, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1
states the representation made by the petitioner shall be considered by the competent authority within two weeks in terms of the policy. The statement is taken on record. Suffice to state the policy includes Clause 12.2 referred by Mr. Nayyar in terms of which, an employee has choice of posting, if he / she has less than two years of service before superannuation. It is expected, a communication thereof shall be sent to the petitioner. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties. Petition is disposed of.
