In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. . Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini, Delhi on 15.07.2016.
