% 08.11.2016 After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal. He states that he would be making a prayer for expeditious disposal as he had earlier approached the Tribunal on three occasions. Taking the statement on record, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We hope and trust that the Tribunal will give due consideration to the assertion of the petitioner that this would
