% 25.04.2017 I.A. No.5034/2017 This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking certain directions in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court on 14.05.2016. On 14.05.2016, the Court had directed that the search process shall be completed within a period of six months; learned senior counsel for the plaintiff points out that it has not been completed for the reasons as mentioned in the aforenoted application. He seeks extension of time. Period stands extended up to the next date as the defendant is not opposing this prayer. Meanwhile, reply to the aforenoted application shall be filed within three weeks with advance copy to the learned counsel for the applicant who may file rejoinder before the next date.
