Ld. APP for the State has handed over copy of the Status Report as per which factum of death of appellant/Meharban on 17.07.2019 in police encounter has been verified. He further submits that though there is no death certificate, however, factum of death has been noted in the FIR No. 1563/2019 registered under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act at P.S. Sahibabad. It is further submitted that Status Report is also accompanied by the statement of relatives of deceased/Meharban. 2.
