After arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the amount already received by the respondents, and which was deposited by the appellant in this Court, will be received by the respondents in full and final satisfaction of the claim of the respondents in this litigation, and the respondents are exempted from their affidavits for returning the amount to the appellant. 2.

Whatever is now the amount which is lying in this Court, the same along with accrued interest is agreed to be released back to the appellant, and on such amount being received by the appellant all the disputes between the parties which are subject matter of the present RFA 877/2016

litigation would be settled and satisfied.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid consent order.
