% 07.11.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction which is being carried out by the private respondent/respondent no.3 at property bearing nos.1461, 1462 and 1463, Chatta Nabab Saheb, Farash Khana, Delhi. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 on advance notice has put in appearance. She states that this property is yet to be inspected. She has no other instruction in this matter. Under instructions, however, her submission is that if there is any illegal construction at the property all actions in accordance with law shall be initiated and completed. This undertaking of respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is submitted that this undertaking shall be honoured in true letter and spirit.

Needless to state that before taking any action qua this property, the private respondent/respondent no.3 shall be given a hearing.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
