3. It is seen that in terms of Para 1 of the Settlement Agreement dated 8th February, 2019 entered into between the parties the sum of Rs. 25 lakhs deposited in this Court by the Appellant in terms of the order dated 7th November 2016 is required to be released to the Respondent.

4. Since there is no opposition to this application, the prayer is allowed and the Registrar General is directed to release to the Respondent/Applicant the

sum of Rs.25,00,000/- deposited by the Appellant together with the interest accrued thereon, within a period of two weeks subject to identity verification. The application is disposed of. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
