1. Learned counsel for the Respondent has produced before the Court a letter dated 12th December 2016, addressed to the former Judge of the High Court at Patna, whom they have nominated as their Arbitrator.

2. In that view of the matter, both the learned Arbitrators nominated by the respective parties will meet within thirty days to finalize the name of the third Arbitrator. If there is any difficulty in the compliance of the above direction, it will be open to the either party to approach the Court.
