% 19.12.2016 Petitioner is facing trial in FIR No.297/2011 under Sections 409/420/467/468/471/120B IPC. Charge sheet has already been filed, inasmuch as, petitioner is in custody since 24th March, 2013. Petitioner seeks bail. It is submitted that co-accused namely Mr. V. K. Das and Mr. Baalak Ram have already been admitted to bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

It is contended that petitioner was working as the Dealing Assistant in the accounts department of Central Counsel for Research in Ayurveda and Sidha (CCRAS).

He has embezzled `88,95,000/- approximately.

It is submitted that allegations are serious in nature. However, during course of hearing it is contended that investigations are

complete. It is further submitted that charge sheet as well as supplementary charge sheet has been filed. However, second supplementary charge sheet is also to be filed because certain bills were to be collected from out of Delhi, which have now been collected. Petitioner is not required for any further investigation.

Keeping in mind that the investigation is complete, charge sheet has been filed, co-accused have already been admitted to bail and petitioner is in custody for more than three and a half years, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
