% 11.11.2016 CRL.M.A.17670/2016 in BAIL APPLN. 2227/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main petition be permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition. The prayer is allowed. The date already fixed i.e. 23rd February, 2017 stands cancelled.

The petitioners are granted liberty to file fresh petition if the petitioners desire so.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
