% 02.11.2016 CRL.M.A.17011/2016 (Exemption) Exemption granted, subject to all just exceptions. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. CRL.M.C. 4076/2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.334/2016, under Sections 365/366/506 IPC, registered at Police StationNarela, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the complainant is the wife of petitioner. The petitioner and the complainant got married on 17th September, 2015 and since then the petitioner and the complainant is living as husband and wife and due to the misunderstanding of the complainant, the FIR No.334/2016 was registered against the present

petitioner on 23rd April, 2016 at Police Station-Narela, Delhi. Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that due to the registration of the said FIR, inconvenience is causing to the couple and submits that FIR No.334/2016 be quashed.

Respondent No.2/ complainant, Smt. Sunita is present in Court today and is identified by the Investigating Officer, SI Karamvir of P.S. Narela. On instructions, Mr.P.K.Dixit, learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant has submitted that she is living happily with the present petitioner as wife and the misunderstanding was clarified by the petitioner and the near relatives and friends and she has got no objection if the present FIR is quashed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, for the betterment of relation with spouse in present and in future, FIR No.334/2016, under Sections 365/366/506 IPC, registered at Police StationNarela, Delhi and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
