% 18.05.2017 Trial of the offences under Sections 302/307/34 IPC is in progress.

All the public witnesses have been examined is not disputed to by the learned Addl. PP.

Incident is off-shoot of a dispute between Rakesh Kumar and Rahul @ Ranga on account of demand of Rs. 200/- for not filing a complaint, for theft of electricity. On being specifically queried, as regards the role of the applicant-accused, it is stated that he had accompanied the co-accused, when co-accused Vicky Takkar inflicted knife blow on the neck of Mohit (deceased). Applicant-accused is in JC since 12.4.2015 and no criminal antecedents for him has come to

be pointed.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the applicant is admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/concerned MM. Application stands disposed of.
