% 22.01.2016 Review Petition 617/2015 1.

This is a review petition filed by the petitioner against the order dated 05.11.2015.

2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have also gone through the record.

3.

No error apparent on the face of record has been pointed out. Therefore, the review petition is liable to be dismissed apart from the fact that the order in question deals with the proposition that the revision is not admissible according to proviso to Section 115 of the CPC because in case the relief had been granted by the learned Civil Judge to the petitioner, it would not have resulted in termination of proceedings before the learned Civil Judge, which is the essential requirement for entertaining the revision petition.

4.

Dismissed.

V.K. SHALI, J.
