O R D E R

% 08.11.2016 Petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months on the ground of filing special leave petition in the Supreme Court. Address of petitioner has been verified. Petition is in incarceration for about five years. It is trite to say that every convict/accused is entitled to pursue all legal remedies available to him/her upto the highest forum by engaging a counsel of his/her choice.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount

to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. Petitioner shall report to SHO PS Najafgarh once in a week, that is, on Mondays and give his contact number to the SHO. After completion of parole period petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance.
