The counsel for the petitioner has mentioned the matter. 4.

He states that this petition is identical to CM(M) No.784/2017 listed on 26th July, 2017 and which has been dismissed by a reasoned order. He states that the same order has to follow in this petition as well. 5.

This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugns the order dated 25th January, 2017 in Suit No.569/16 of the Court of Additional District Judge-04 (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi allowing the application of the respondent / defendant under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

For the reasons stated in the order dated 26th July, 2017 in CM(M) No.784/2017, this petition is also dismissed. No costs.
