% 25.09.2017 Counsel for the respondent-University of Delhi has obtained instructions that vacant seats will be available. 2.

The present writ petition has to be allowed in view of the judgment dated 5th September, 2017 in LPA No.521/2017, University of Delhi & Anr. Vs. Zoya Gill & Ors. The said judgment holds that the earlier policy would be applicable in relation to the admission process started before issuance of new policy dated 19th May, 2017. Accordingly, the case of the petitioners would be considered in terms of the earlier policy and the directions given in Zoya Gill & Ors. (supra).

The aforesaid process would be completed as soon as possible and preferably within an outer limit of three weeks from the date a

copy of this order is received. In case the petitioners are still aggrieved, it will open to them to approach the Court by way of an application.

Counsel for the petitioner has stated that he is not pressing for relief/prayer (i).

The writ petition is disposed of without any order as to costs. 6.
