By filing CM No.7225/2017 has been filed by the appellants praying for restoration of the appeal which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 11th January, 2017.

Alongwith the application seeking restoration of the appeal, CM No.7226/2017 has also been filed seeking condonation of delay of five days in filing CM No.7225/2017.

Heard. Learned counsel for the appellants has been specifically asked as to whether the cost of ₹5000/- imposed vide order dated 21st October, 2016 has been deposited or not, he submits that cost has not been deposited till date.

In the given circumstances, it is directed that unless the cost of ₹5000/- imposed vide order dated 21st October, 2016 is deposited by the appellants, the matter be not listed before this Court. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
