% 24.10.2016 CM No.39056/2016 (for modification) By this application, the applicant/petitioner seeks the modification of the order dated 11.08.2016. It is the petitioner's case that instead of PaperIII he should have been given Paper-II. It is noted that two years have passed since then and the petitioner has not challenged the fact that he was not given Paper-II. The examination results have long since been declared, the present challenge appears to be an afterthought. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to pursue remedies as may be available to the petitioner in law.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted, as prayed for.
