CRL.M.A.12569/2017 in BAIL APPLN. 1231/2017 This an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C read with Section 482 Cr.P.C filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking extension of interim bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 10.07.2017, the petitioner was granted interim bail for a period of 30 days by this Court in order to arrange fiancés for re-admission of his son in school and also for payment of admission fee of his daughter in BCA course. He has further submitted that the petitioner has arranged substantial amount of money for the said purpose from various sources and now the petitioner wishes to sell off his plot of land for making permanent

arrangement of money for the family and to ensure that the education of his children is not hampered. He has further submitted that the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.07.2017 passed in bail application No.1231/2017 be extended for a further period of 30 days. Learned APP for State has vehemently opposed the bail application. I do not find any merit in the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
