The parties are present in Court.

After some arguments, the parties agree that the present petition can be disposed of on the petitioner paying a sum of ₹15,000/- per month as an interim maintenance till such time the application for maintenance is decided by the learned Family Judge.

They are agreeable that the respondent will not insist upon the payment of arrears up to 01.10.2024 and the respondent at this stage is satisfied with the sum of ₹10,000/- per month as received by her pursuant to the interim order passed by this The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a sum of ₹10,000/- per month has been paid in totality which is disputed by the respondent.

The petitioner undertakes that the arrears, if any, would be cleared within a period of three weeks.

The parties are permitted to file a statement of accounts in regard to payment of ₹10,000/- per month before the learned Trial Court and, if any arrears remain, the same are directed to be paid within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

The learned Family Court is directed to decide the application for maintenance expeditiously without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order or in any of the orders passed by this Court in the present proceedings. 8.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.
