The counsel for the plaintiff states that the defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman who is the attorney of the defendant No.2 Mr. K. Raghunadhan and which Mr. Deepan Sivaraman he identifies, is present in Court.

I have perused the terms and conditions on which the plaintiff and the defendants have compromised the disputes subject matter of this suit. The application is accompanied with a special power of attorney, executed by the defendant No.2 Mr. K. Raghunadhan in favour of the defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman. The counsel for the plaintiff as well as the defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman as identified by the counsel for the plaintiff support the compromise and state that the application is signed by the attorney of the plaintiff, by the defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman for CS(COMM) 1467/2016

self and as attorney of defendant No.2 Mr. K. Raghunadhan as well as by the counsel for the plaintiff and is also supported by the affidavits of the attorney of the plaintiff and the defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman. 3.

The compromise is found to be lawful and the application is allowed. 4.

The suit is decreed in terms of the compromise application which shall form part of the decree sheet.

The undertakings of the defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman for self as well as attorney of defendant No.2 Mr. K. Raghunadhan and as contained in the application are accepted by this Court and the defendants are ordered to be bound therewith. The person identified as defendant No.1 Mr. Deepan Sivaraman, on enquiry, states that he has understood the consequences of breach of undertaking given to the Court. No costs.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

The date of 28th November, 2016 is cancelled. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
