o/o 20.02.2017 Keeping in view the interim order dated 28"" October, 2016 passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 9704-9713/2016 as well as the fact that special leaves have been granted recently and applications for vacation of . stay are yet to be filed by some of the petitioners, learned counsel for ^ petitioners pray for withdrawal -of contempt petitions with liberty to either seek revival of present petitions or file fresh petitions after the aforesaid Civil Appeals are disposed of or the interim order granted therein is vacated or modified. Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the aforesaid liberty being granted.

Consequently, with the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petitions and applications are disposed of.
