% 15.02.2019 The main prayer in this petition is to restrain action against alleged unauthorized construction in House No. 68-B (Old No. 68), New Layalpur, Krishna Nagar, Delhi.

After some submissions, Mr. C.S. Rathore learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, reserving liberty to approach the Special Task Force set-up by the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs of the Government of India vidé Office Memorandums dated 25.04.2018 and 23.05.2018 issued under directions of the Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4677/1985 titled M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors. ; with a further prayer that all issues raised by way of the petition may

be kept open.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
