No. 23031/2015 (u/O 23 R 1 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes amicably on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Deed of Settlement dated 17th October, 2015, which is annexed with the application. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, counsel for the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit. Application is allowed and suit is disposed of as withdrawn. Since parties have settled their disputes at the initial stage, let 50% of the court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
