O R D E R

% 20.12.2016 On the complaint of respondent no. 2, FIR No. 60/2016 under Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 was registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing. Respondent no. 2 and petitioner no. 1 have settled their disputes vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 16th August, 2016. Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the Director and Manager of petitioner no. 1. Respondent no. 2 is represented through Shri Sujit Ram, who has been identified by SI Yogendra Kumar. He is working as Sales Coordinator with the respondent no. 2 and had

registered the FIR on behalf of the respondent no. 2. Mr. Sujit Ram, Authorized Representative of respondent no. 2, submits that settled amount has already been paid by the petitioner no. 1 and further that respondent no. 2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 60/2016 under Section 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
