O R D E R

% 05.01.2018 Report of Medical Officer, Incharge, Central Jail Hospital and Dispensary, Central Jail - 3, Tihar, New Delhi dated 20th December, 2017 has been received and the same reads as under:- "Sub:-Medical Status report of inmate patient Pratap Singh Sisodia S/o Anil Kumar With reference to the order of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi seeking medical report of aforesaid inmate patient to be submitted as per date given. As per available records, it is hereby submitted that the inmate is a follow-up case of Pulmonary TB with Right Hydropheumothorax with Right Side Chest Window on regular treatment from Jail duty doctors, Jail visiting Specialists and outside super specialty hospitals i.e. LRS

Hospital, Safdarjung Hospital and AIIMS Hospital as per Jail Rules. The inmate is presently under admission at the Central Jail Hospital under supervised medical treatment and nursing care. The NCS Test of the inmate was got done as per appointment given on 18/09/2017 and he was reviewed along with the NCS sand Blood Test reports by Safdarjung Hospital on 27/11/2017.

The inmate has been last reviewed by the Pulmonary Medicine Specialist at AIIMS Hospital on 14/12/2017 whereby the inmate has been planned for FOB and BAL and has been advised inter-alia, appropriate treatment for 01 week; and by the Chest and TB Specialist at LRS Hospital on 19/12/2017 whereby the inmate has been advised Oral Syrup for 02 weeks.

At present, the general condition of inmate is good and satisfactory. All the medicines are being provided to him from Central Jail Hospital itself.

This is submitted for your kind information and onward submission to the Hon'ble Court".

In view of this, no case is made out to grant interim bail to the petitioner on the medical grounds.

Application is dismissed.
