O R D E R

% 04.11.2016 Petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that his wife is suffering from Chikungunia.

On 3rd November, 2016, learned additional standing counsel sought time to verify this fact. Status report has been filed wherein it has been stated that wife of petitioner was suffering from fever in the month of September, 2016 and now has cured. She does not need any special care. Doctor has stated that petitioner's wife had visited him on 25th October, 2016 with the complaint of joints pain only. In view of opinion of doctor, I am of the view that no ground is made out for extension of parole period.

Petition is dismissed.
