% 15.03.2017 The status report has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered in Court a copy of the compromise deed stated to have been arrived at with the complainant. The same has also been tendered to the SHO, PS Mukherjee Nagar vide DD No. 64B dated 13.12.2016. Ms. Kolluru submits that the same is found on the police record. In view of the aforesaid, the bail application is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing his personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation and shall not tamper with any

evidence or influence any prosecution witness. He shall also provide his mobile number to the investigating officer which shall be kept in working condition at all the times and shall not be changed without prior intimation to the investigating officer.
