This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India was preferred impugning the demolition order dated 13th June, 2017 and owing to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Appellate Tribunal, at the time of filing of this petition in summer vacation, being not in session. 2.

The counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have also preferred an appeal to the MCD Appellate Tribunal and which is listed today post lunch.

The counsel for the petitioners, in view of the same, withdraws this petition with liberty to pursue the appeal.
