% 11.08.2017 CM No.28420/2017 This is an application seeking correction of the typographical error in the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner which has crept in the order dated 04.07.2017.

It is pointed out that the correct spelling of the name of the advocate for the petitioner is Mr Jai Dehadrai and not Mr Jai Dehadnai.

It has also been pointed out that Mr Atharva Khadse did not appear in this case and that the appearance has been incorrectly noted in the memo.

The order dated 04.07.2017 be read as rectified to the aforesaid extent.

The application is disposed of.
