% 04.11.2016 The nominal roll has been received. The State has verified the factual position. The petitioner's father has passed away on 21.10.2016 and that his wife is suffering from Hypertension, Thyroid and Paralysis. She is getting treatment from Fortis Escort Hospital, Amritsar, Punjab. The nominal roll shows that the petitioner was sentenced to 10 years Rigorous Imprisonment apart from fine. He has undergone incarceration for 9 years, 7 months and 20 days as on 03.11.2016. He was lastly released on parole between 03.06.2016 and 03.07.2016 for a period of one month. Even though the period of six months has not expired since the last

time the petitioner was out on parole, considering the facts & circumstances of the case, including the fact that his father has recently passed away and his wife is also paralysed, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of two weeks upon furnishing his personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. At the time of his release, the petitioner shall provide his mobile phone number, which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Court. He shall report at the local police station to mark his attendance after every three days. He shall duly surrender at the end of the parole period.
