% 26.09.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the South Delhi Municipal Corporation afresh, seeking permission, in terms of the earlier agreement between the parties, which has since been terminated,. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 10174/2018

Needless to state that, in the event such a representation is made, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation shall dispose it of expeditiously with due regard and consideration to the environmental benefits, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
