The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has pointed out that the petitioner has invoked the arbitration clause and they would shortly appoint an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Let the respondent nominate the concerned arbitrator within four weeks from today. 2.

On the nomination of the arbitrator, the present petition will stand converted into a petition under Section 17 of the Act. The petitioner will file a complete copy of the petition and other pleadings before the learned arbitrator.

Interim order passed by this court dated 30.06.2017 read with order dated 05.07.2017 will continue before the learned arbitrator until it is confirmed/modified/vacated by the learned arbitrator.

Petition stands disposed of.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he would like to file his Vakalatnama. Needful be done.
