% 12.07.2017 It is stated by the counsel for ASI that the tender in question has been recalled/cancelled and that a fresh tender has now been issued. This is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner who however states that the fresh tender too suffers from grave infirmities.

In view of the subsequent developments, the relief claimed in these proceedings has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take such steps as are available in law if it is aggrieved, to challenge the fresh tender process.
