W.P.(C) 10322/2016 It is stated that the refund application would be processed within a week and a direction to that effect is issued. In the circumstances, the respondents shall ensure that the refund amount with interest shall be credited to the petitioner's account within a week. In case of any discrepancy, it is open to the petitioner to move an application in that regard. The same shall be decided within one month of its receipt by the concerned VATO.
