% 05.07.2017 The petition was filed on the allegation that an amount of Rs.7,88,715/- along with interest was due against the respondent company which the respondent company had failed to pay despite the service of statutory notice dated 30th September, 2015. The matter has been amicably settled and today the respondent had handed over DD No.504155 dated 22nd May, 2017 of Rs.7,50,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank in full and final settlement to the counsel for the petitioner which he has accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
