% 04.11.2016 In the present petition, it has been averred in paragraph 4 that in a similar petition being Pyare Lal Vs. Delhi Development Authority & Ors; W.P.(C) No.12115/2015, this Court has issued notices to the respondents. However, the said case of Pyare Lal (supra) has been disposed of vide judgment and order dated 2nd November, 2016. In view thereof, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
