% 03.08.2016 By this petition, the petitioner has sought setting aside of order dated 23rd December, 2014 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate declining to recall/set aside the orders issuing coercive process against the petitioner vide order dated 4th December, 2014 and 17th December, 2014 in the FIR No. 840/2014 under Sections 307/377/354/498A/406/506/34 IPC registered at PS Paschim Vihar, Delhi. When this petition came up before this Court on 29th December, 2014 this Court kept in abeyance execution of the non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner and the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C.

The parties have settled the matter and in Bail Application No.2814/2014 the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by CRL.M.C. 5935/2014

this Court today.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, the petition and the application are disposed of recalling the order of issuance of non-bailable warrants by the learned Trial Court. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
