O R D E R

% 31.01.2017 After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be satisfied in case disposal of the case is expedited before the Trial Court. Mr. Sengh points out that on four occasions, the IO has not appeared and even the Trial Court had to issue bailable and non-bailable warrants for his production. This is not an acceptable situation.

The IO is present in Court and he states that the next date for recording his further examination-in-chief is 13.02.2017. He has assured that he shall appear before the Trial Court for his further examination-inchief and cross-examination. The Trial Court is directed to expedite recording of the remaining evidence in the case. It is hoped that the Trial Court shall render its decision in the case within nine months from today. Neither party shall seek nor be granted any undue adjournment by the Trial Court. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. VIPIN SANGHI, J JANUARY 31, 2017 B.S. Rohella
