% 06.05.2015 Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that beat constable has already been sensitized, inasmuch as, telephone numbers of Divisional Officer and Station House Officer have been provided to the petitioners. He further submits that in case any complaint is received from the petitioners, appropriate steps would be taken to ensure safety of the petitioners. Respondent no. 2 has filed reply stating therein that missing report was lodged by the father of petitioner no.2 which was investigated and it was revealed that petitioner no.2 was major, therefore, no action has been taken on the missing report.
